Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time. Many insurance companies give out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options may be available. I am happy to provide you a monthly superbill (itemized receipt of services) as needed.
What is your fee?

How can I pay?
I accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card at the time of service.
How often will we meet?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and occur once per week to start.
Do you offer remote sessions?
Yes, when appropriate I do offer virtual sessions. I am licensed in New York and am registered as an associate professional counselor in California, allowing me to provide teletherapy in both states.
